Thereasa Barker-Figueroa from the New Jersey Air National Guard's 108th Wing holds her 2016 Military Meritorious Service Award she was presented by the Society of American Indian Government Employees, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 4, 2016.
