The Air Force Safety Center just released an Airman Safety App enabling Airmen at installations Air Force wide to voluntarily report safety issues with their devices as they encounter them.
Safety issues like:
(1) the existence of hazards
(2) events or conditions negatively affecting nuclear surety
(3) chronic, work-related occupational illnesses
