The DEOCS will be made available to the 108th Wing from April 5 to June 3, 2019. Although the DEOCS has been moved to once every two years, we will be administering the DEOCS again this year as a result of having a new wing commander, Col. John M. Cosgrove.
In response to your feedback, the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute has made several valuable changes. The most important of these changes include reducing survey items from 95 to 56, and the ability to take a portion of the survey at a time and come back to it later. These two changes were made in hopes of reducing survey fatigue.
Similar to the "Out and About" visit, upon completion, the results will be given directly to commanders along with a list of suggestions for any areas of concern identified.
