The Defense Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) consists of a series of questions about work experience, leadership, behaviors, personal experiences and tailored questions selected by your Senior Leaders. After June 28, a compiled final report will be given to Commanders. Your feedback allows Senior Leadership to make the necessary changes to improve our unit.
