108th Wing Dedicates Building in Honor of Brigadier General (Ret.) Robert S. Dutko
Senior Master Sergeant Tonya Nicholson, Senior Enlisted Leader of the 108th Logistics and Readiness Squadron, presents a white handkerchief to Brigadier General (Ret.) Robert S. Dutko during the dedication ceremony for the 108th Logistics and Readiness building in his honor at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., September 14, 2024. The white handkerchief holds special significance, as General Dutko was rarely seen without one. This tradition is attributed to Mrs. Dutko, who believed a gentleman should always have one ready to offer to a lady when needed.
